Shipping Info

Pre-order items have estimated ship dates depending on the individual item. Pre-order items that are purchased on the same order with already in-stock items will be shipped together in one package at the time the pre-order ships. If you would like your in-stock items to ship before the pre-order, please place a separate order. In the event that your item becomes backordered, you will be contacted by a customer service representative about how you would like to proceed. Orders ship out Monday through Friday. Depending on what you select as your method of shipping and where you live in the U.S. (for domestic shipping), an order may take up to 13 business days to reach you.

International orders - At this time, we ship international orders via USPS. We continue to seek out competitive pricing for other international shippers to provide you with the best possible shipping options.

While a tracking number is provided for every package, sometimes tracking numbers only provide tracking information until the package leaves the United States. In this event, no updated tracking information is available once the package has left the U.S. International orders typically ship within 3 BUSINESS days of ordering and can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive at their destination. Depending on customs and where you live it can take up to 90 days.

Return Policy

*Please note: We cannot be held directly responsible for lost or stolen packages with tracking status of "Delivered." Please enter a shipping address that is secure and reliable for delivery to ensure you receive your package. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to invalid addresses provided by the customer. If a valid address is requested and not provided, we will hold an order until a valid address is provided, or ship to the address initially provided and then confirmed by the customer. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and valid when placing an order, as requesting confirmation for an invalid address extends fulfillment and shipping times.
